Esther doesn't like fish and chips and i don't like Leberkäse! So what do we cook? Well, Keith Richards favourite food when on the road is "Cottage Pie". An old english recipe made with minced beef potatoes, herbs and a little bit of cheese on the top.we borrowed the ingredients from various stalls at the festival and came up with, in my opinion a tasty little dish. I think the audience and indeed our guests from England The Bishops liked what we did....

First fry the onions and butter.....
Add the meat and vegetables...and a little bit of love....
...cook for a while and add the cheese on top and try and allow it to go brown....
the public are begeistert!!!!

The Bishops are still alive! Everybody thinks Festival Cooking is a big success!! Stuart and Esther will be back... next year. All being well!!!
