Madrid: The day After Ten bombs ripped through trains and stations in Madrid yesterday, leaving round 200 dead and 1,200 people injured. It was Europe's worst terrorist atrocity since the 1988 Lockerbie plane bombing. There is confusion over who was responsible for the atrocities, the Spanish authorities initially blamed the Basque separatist group ETA. But fingers are also pointing to the possibility of an Al Queda cell. Our terrorism expert MJ Gohel tells us more about ETA and other suspect groups. And standing just outside the Atocha train station, where seven of the ten bombs went off , Katya Adler gives Reality Check an idea of feelings in Madrid today.

She is being accused of acting as an Iraqi agent. She denies the charges. But what exactly defines a spy according to lawmakers. Stopping you illegally downloading music? On Tuesday, the EU parliament voted on a new law to fight piracy. But privacy groups are worried that these new laws will be used by record company representatives to go after individuals who download music. The pros & cons of this new law on the pro side we speak with Joe Groebel from The European Institute for the media.
