Well, you can at the moment, but new EU legislation means that as of next year, supplements will be tested and treated as drugs - and will not be so readily available. So, how about something alternative? Chinese medicine is earning increasing popularity and credibility in the west - but what's it all about? Kultur-Schlachthof Hollabrunn Jahrelang wurde er renoviert, der alte Schlachthof von Hollabrunn. Ab heute öffnet er seine Pforten als Kulturzentrum mit IndieRock und Pop Live Gigs. Kulturelles abseits der Dorfdisco ist angesagt. Punkrockbands genauso wie ein Gymnasiumradio oder KrippenbauerInnen befinden sich im neuen Zentrum. Ein Lokalaugenschein von Claus Pirschner.

Den Konzert-Mitschnitt von The Darkness im Flex in Wien am 21.2.2004 gibt es zu hören. Die englische Band rund um die beiden Brüder Justin und Dan Hawkins veröffentlichte letztes Jahr das Debutalbum "Permission To Land", und der von 80er Jahre-Metalbands a la Def Leppard beeinflusste Spandexhosen-Glamrock von The Darkness brachte sogleich Schwung und Spaß in die englische Musikszene und mittlerweile auch weit darüberhinaus.
