They did and Liam Neeson will be appearing on Austrian screens in a few weeks playing Dr Alfred Kinsey - the researcher who brought out two books on sexuality in 1948 and 1953. So what's the big deal. T Well this was post-war America. When sex was euphemistically called "relations". It was conventionally thought of as something being between husband & wife. Or that's what people thought. Dr Kinsey's reports revealed the truth, he said, about what people got up to - with startling claims for the time about sex and sexuality. But why did he do what he did. He was, after all, a Harvard-trained professor of zoology. And despite his books being best sellers, there is plenty of controversy about Dr Kinsey to this present day.
