Starsailor vom Werchter Festival in Belgien am 2. Juli 2006
Die britische Band Starsailor spielt heute um Mitternacht auf der FM4-Spielzimmer-Bühne. Den Mitschnitt von ihrem Auftritt beim bekannten belgischen Festival "Werchter" gibt es zu hören. Am 2. Juli letzten Sommer war das.
Starsailor gibt es ja schon seit über fünf Jahren, einige Jährchen sind also vergangen seit ihrer ersten Single "Fever", ja, und seither haben sich Sänger James Walsh und seine Band ein recht großes Publikum erspielt, nicht nur zuhause in England, sondern auch etwa in Belgien, wie man am Applaus beim Konzert der Band am Werchter Festival hören kann. Auch wenn Starsailor nicht mehr zu den "hippen", "ge-hypten" Bands aus England gehören, denn seit ihnen sind da ja schon eine Milliarde neuer Bands ungefähr nachgekommen ;-), aber allein schon diese kraftvolle und zugleich so engelshafte Stimme von Starsailor Sänger James Walsh, die hat es in sich - ein absolutes Gänsehauterlebnis.
